When calling to place an item on hold, you will have 7 days to make a decision if you want it.  During that time, we encourage you to make a trip to our warehouse to view the equipment.  If we do not have a decision from you within the 7 days, we will offer the equipment to the next LEA that was interested in it.

Once you decide that you want the equipment, you will have 21 days to remove the equipment.  If the equipment is not removed by that time, again, we will offer the equipment to the next LEA that was interested in it.
