Need to dispose of some 1033 equipment that you no longer use or is too costly to repair?  Here are some guidelines to follow.

• Contact the WI 1033 Program.  All equipment must be approved for disposal.
• The Program staff will submit paperwork to LESO requesting permission to dispose
• If permission is granted, dispose of the equipment per your disposal policy.
• Some equipment may have to be returned to DRMO Sparta.
• If equipment gets torn, lost, etc, let Program staff know.  It is a good idea to get it off your inventory then so you can request more at a future date.
• Good rule of thumb with 1033 equipment....it is better to ask for permission than forgiveness from LESO.
